The Vermont Junior Catamounts along with PH International will host a Latvian Group here this week in VT to learn about our program, VT College Programs and in General Hockey here in the Green Mountain State.
This past Sunday, September 15th the Vermont Junior Catamounts program participated in the first of 3 Breathing workshops with Nicole Carpenter to learn how proper breathing can improve Athletic Performance and Recovery!
FOR THE 2023-24 SEASON AND FORWARD THE GLADES YOUTH HOCKEY PROGRAM WILL BE REBRANDED AS THE VERMONT JUNIOR CATAMOUNTS!
