Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Skills and Development

There are NO REFUNDS. All refund requests need to be sent in writing to the Vermont Jr Catamounts. The management team will review and advise of decision.

Jr Catamounts Girls

After the team(s) are formed, players will not be allowed on the ice for any VJC sessions until the registration process is complete which includes the below. -Completed Vermont Junior Catamounts online Registration, player contract, and necessary forms. -Payment Information -Pay in full or set up a payment plan at the time of registration via check or credit. If paying via credit the customer pays all associated fees. *After the initial payment is made the customer will be charged four (4) more times on the first of the month. There will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for any of the registration fees if a player drops from the program after they register and engage in the payment process unless otherwise agreed to with the Vermont Junior Catamount Management Staff. NOTE: There is a $25 fee for failing to keep your payment plan agreement. Please read the contract prior to signing. After registering with The Vermont Junior Catamounts in April/May, a player will not be released from the program for any reason whatsoever until the season concludes unless the Vermont Junior Catamounts management team agrees to do so.

All refund requests are to be sent to Justin Martin justin@vtjrcats.com and will be reviewed for possible approval. At this time there are NO GUARANTEED REFUNDS.
